During the offseason, the majority of high school athletes and the most avid players will enroll in a variety of instruction and exposure camps. We have updated our Camps link to include football and baseball. Take a moment to review the list of camps located throughout California.

Northern California Top 100 Women's Basketball Camp
March 27-28 at St. Mary's College in Moraga. A select group of the top women's high school basketball players in Northern California will be invited to participate. Play Hard Play Smart Northwest Discovery Showcase
April 30 - May 2 at Basketball Town in Rancho Cordova. Invitation-only showcase designed to provide top players the opportunity to demonstrate their skills against the best competition in the Northwest. NCAA DII, DIII, NAIA and JUCO coaches, scouts from different rating services, and media will be invited and expected to attend. Rivals Camp Series Presented by Under Armour
March 2 at Chabot College in Hayward. The Rivals Camp Series Presented by Under Armour is the premier series of regional camps for elite high school athletes. Top performers at the regional camps could qualify for a spot in the Rivals100 Five Star Challenge and top underclassmen could qualify for a spot in the Rivals250 Underclassmen Challenge, both annual events and considered the elite events in the football recruiting world.
Spring Coaching Clinic
May 2-4 at the Olympic Club in San Francisco. Rick Majerus of the University of Utah leads a cast of coaching experts. Holiday Basketball Guards Clinic

Bay Area Competition Clinic

Point Guard Basketball College
Various dates and locations throughout the year. For the SERIOUS point guard only! This program is an intense LEARNING experience requiring athletes to attend classroom sessions four hours per day. ASC Contact Football Camps
Locations nation-wide held on beautifully groomed college fields. USF Team Camps

Competitive Edge Football Camps
Late June and July in Sacramento, Concord area, San Jose, Morgan Hill, and Hayward. Designed for high school football teams. Most coaches are hired from local colleges. Camps are each three days and start in the afternoon, after the summer school day is over. Each participant is insured. Offensive and defensive individual technique periods, 7 on 7, linemen 1 on 1, scrimmage periods and special competitions. A promotional video tape is available. Tara VanDerveer Stanford Basketball Camps
Various dates in June and July at Stanford University. Girls grades 6-12. Areas of concentration will be ball-handling, shooting, 1-on-1 skills, rebounding and player-to-player defense. Area Code Baseball Camp
June 11 at university of Pacific. Specialized baseball skills training from Milwaukee Brewers scouts and additional exposure to the scouts who actually coach the California prospects at the Area Code Games in August. Cost is $100.
Triple Threat Academy Camps

Chico High FUN-damentals Girls Basketall Camp
June 11-14, 3-6pm at Chico HS. For girls grades third-eighth. The Chico High girls basketball players and coaches will work with campers to develop individual and group basketball skills. USC Inside/Outside Basketball Camp
June 25-30 at University of Southern California. Presented by Trojan Men's Head Coach Henry Bibby and Assistant Coach Paul Mokeski for high school players in the 9th- 12th grades for 2000-2001 school year only. Features separate session for guards and post players in the morning, combined drills in the afternoon and games in the evening. All guard sessions will be directed by Coach Bibby. All post sessions will be directed by Coach Mokeski. The camp will feature top quality instruction, top quality competition, and will focus on 5 days of position specific drills along with 5 days of games, with skill sessions and work stations from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., and games from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day. This is a residence only camp and a coach will stay on each floor in the dorms to check rooms. The cost is $495 which includes 5 nights lodging, 3 meals a day, and one camp T-shirt.
