Shine to make noise in 2020

As the 2020 class starts to take shape, one player that is breaking through is Christian Brothers power forward Bria Shine.

Looking taller than her listed high school height of 6-foot-0, Shine is a long and athletic transition forward who can put the ball on the floor some and step out to about 12 feet. There is potential in her three point shot, but she finished 14-for-61 from beyond the arc as a freshman. She is a solid rebunder and shot blocker, but she needs to improve her offensive arsenal.

Shine was on the initial watch list for the 2020 class and projects as a potential Top 5 player.

She averaged five points and six rebounds this past season for the section champion Falcons.
