JBS ready to hit the road
JBS will hit the road next week starting with the Super 64 Nationals in Dallas, Texas. They will stay in Texas for the first half of July before ending the month in Alabama and Georgia.
The 17U squad has a slew of top players including 2022s Madison Butcher (Del Oro), Junae Mahan (Lincoln-Stockton), Aunika Hornung (Logan), Jiana Creswell (Vanden), Bella Stevens (Santa Cruz), Satchel Ford (Salesian), Julia Riley (Granite Bay) and Paris Green (Woodcreek). 2023 St. Mary’s-Stockton guard Brooklyn Perry will also be playing up.
On the 16U team, there are a pair of 2025 prospects to note with Nina Cain (6-foot-2) and Joanna Warren (5-foot-8).
Byrd, Mahaney take officials visits
Campolindo 2022 guard Aidan Mahaney took an official visit to Stanford this week. Lincoln-Stockton 2022 wing Miles Byrd is on an official visit to Santa Clara. Byrd also picked up an offer from Washington.
Both players will team up with West Coast Elite NorCal 17U this month.
Jacob Krieg commits to Oregon State
2022 Clayton Valley Charter infielder Jacob Krieg has committed to Oregon State. This summer, he is playing with Alpha Prime 2022.
Tokay names new football coach
Collin Rhoades is new head coach at Tokay after previously serving as the offensive coordinator. He is replacing Michael Holst.
